Allison and I, along with the rest of our staff, love and miss you!
Thank you for your patience during this COVID-19 season. Thank you for your faithfulness to make more and better Christ-followers who love God and love people. So many of you are aggressively and effectively serving others within our community. Thousands of you consistently participate in our online worship services, Bible studies, and with your LifeGroups.
I am humbled and grateful to see our church family thrive and grow while not able to gather together physically on our campus for worship.
I want to update you on our Dogwood Church regathering plans.
Our team continues to pray to God for His guidance and direction for every decision made regarding regathering and its impact on the Dogwood family and our community.
Through prayerful discussion with our senior staff, elders, and well-respected medical professionals within the Dogwood family, along with the feedback we’ve received from over 700 households who responded to our recent survey, we’ve decided to remain online for now.
It is our priority to continue monitoring the latest COVID-19 updates within our local community to provide the best experience for regathering in the future. Our staff is actively evaluating our standard operating procedures to ensure that Dogwood’s in-person services will be as safe as possible.
While our current gathering situation may look a little different than before, I want to encourage you that God is still on the move and doing very great things!
All of our teams are hard at work, planning some exciting opportunities to keep you and your family engaged and connected. You will hear more soon.
I will provide a regathering update as they become available, so if you’re not currently receiving any emails from me, be sure to click the link below to stay informed.
I love you, and miss you, and am grateful to be your pastor!
